How to use your Bathmate correctly, step by step:

• 1. Warm-up: use it in the bath or shower, and gently massage the area to relax the skin.
• 2. Filling the pump: close the valve, remove the comfort insert (optional), fill it with warm (not hot!) water, then put the insert back in.
