• Points for registration: 2,5 £
• Points for confirming your newsletter subscription: 4 £
• Points for purchases: 5% of the total value of your items (2% for discounted items)

Your points will be credited once your order is successfully completed.

Don’t wait too long! You have 120 days to redeem your points before they expire! Feel free to spend them all at once or in several smaller purchases.

How Do Loyalty Points Work?

Be sure to redeem your points within 120 days, or they’ll expire!
You can spend your loyalty points all at once or use them in multiple purchases.
Points can only be used on orders over 22 £.
You can use them to cover up to 15% of your total order.
Please note: points cannot be used when applying a coupon.

How Can I Check My Loyalty Points?

Simply log in, and you can find your current points balance on your profile page under the "Discounts" tab.

During checkout, at the shipping and payment selection stage, you’ll have the option to use your loyalty points on your order.

Can I Earn Points for In-Store Purchases?

Loyalty points are only awarded for orders placed through our online store. However, if you choose in-store pickup for an online order, we’ll still credit your points!

Terms and Conditions:

• Only registered users can collect and use loyalty points.
• Loyalty points are earned only on purchases made through the Desirel.ch online store and can only be redeemed online.
• Points are activated once the order has been completed and shipped.
• Loyalty points are not redeemable for cash.
• Points cannot be transferred to another person.
• Points are not awarded for canceled or uncollected orders.
• Shipping costs are not included in the points calculation.
• Loyalty points cannot be combined with any promotional coupons or discounts.
