Essential additions for the best experience:
Red, water-powered pump for small to medium size, for a gentle daily routine.
Why is the Bathmate Hydromax5 hydropump good?
The Hydromax5 is the model designed for smaller to medium size, in red. It works with the power of water, so the pressure is even and comfortable, and safer than air pumps. A few minutes in the bath is enough for the penis to become temporarily fuller and harder. The cylinder is light, the rim is soft, and the valve is simple. The same reliable performance, in a vivid colour.
Why customers like the Hydromax5 hydropump
- Even water vacuum for gentle pressure
- Cylinder designed for small to medium size
- Comfort pad for a soft, comfortable seal
- Simple, quick-release valve
- Works in the bath or in the shower
- Red, durable design
Who do we recommend it for?
For anyone whose penis is 7.5-12.5 cm when erect, and who likes a more eye-catching colour. Ideal for a daily routine in the bath.

- Start with short, 5-minute sessions and gradually get used to the vacuum.
- Do not over-pump: excessive vacuum can cause bruising, minor capillary rupture and swelling. If you feel any discomfort, release the valve immediately.
- Results are gradual and require regular use, and it always works best with water or in the shower.
Cleaning instructions
After use, rinse the cylinder with clean, lukewarm water, then leave it to air dry. For stubborn deposits, use the separately available Bathmate cleaning brush. Do not use strong chemicals or hot water, as these can damage the material.
