Bathmate Hydromax7 - hydro penis pump (transparent)

Bathmate Hydromax 7 is the world's leading water-based penis pump - with 35% stronger suction, a 360° rotatable bellows pump system and a Super Comfort Sleeve comfort ring compared with the original Hydro series.

Why choose the Bathmate Hydromax 7 hydro pump?

Hydromax 7 is Bathmate's best-selling model - for most users with an average-sized erect penis (12.5-17.5 cm long), it's the perfect choice. Compared with the original Hydro series, it delivers 35% stronger suction thanks to the new bellows pump system and valve, giving you faster, more intense results. Following the "Just Add Water" principle, you only need to fill it with warm water, and the natural force of the water creates even, tissue-friendly pressure - unlike the uneven, often painful vacuum of traditional air pumps. With regular use several times a week, you can achieve up to 6 cm of length growth and a 30-40% increase in diameter, but you can see a temporary change after just 15 minutes. It's designed for an erect penis length of 12.5-17.5 cm, up to 5.3 cm in diameter. Choose it if you're looking for the most popular, most balanced mid-range model in the Bathmate series.

Instructions for use

You can use the Bathmate water-based (hydro) penis pump in the bath or shower. Follow the manufacturer's official 7-step routine for safe use and good results.

How to use your Bathmate correctly, step by step:

• 1. Warm up: use it in the bath or shower, and gently massage the area to relax the skin.
• 2. Fill the pump: close the valve, remove the comfort insert (optional), fill it with warm (not hot!) water, then put the insert back in.
• 3. Positioning: place your flaccid penis in the pump so your testicles remain outside the seal. Press the pump firmly against your body to create a good seal, then open the valve while tilting it slightly upwards (you can optionally attach the hand pump bulb).
• 4. Create a vacuum: pull the pump against your body to create a vacuum, then pump until you reach a comfortable maximum pressure (you can increase the suction further by squeezing the hand pump bulb).
• 5. Wait for the effect: keep it in place for no more than 3 minutes, adding a little pressure if needed. Then release the vacuum by pressing down on the transparent valve cap, and remove the pump.
• 6. Massage: using an “OK” grip, gently slide your hand from the base of your penis to the glans for about 2 minutes to relax it.
• 7. Repeat: repeat steps 2-6 up to two more times. Don't let the full routine last longer than 15-20 minutes, and use it no more than 5 days a week (e.g. use it for 2 days, take a rest day, use it for 3 days, then take a rest day).

Common mistakes to avoid:

• Rushing: always warm up for a few minutes before your session.
• Over-pumping: more pressure doesn't mean better results - always stay at a comfortable level to avoid injury.
• Overdoing it: stick to the recommended 15-20 minutes; using it for too long can cause temporary swelling or reduced sensitivity.

Good to know: the pump also works without water, using air (e.g. in the shower or bathroom), but warm water helps relax the tissue and create a better seal. It's safe for beginners too - start with low pressure and short sessions.

Pay attention to this:

• Take it gradually - start with lower pressure, then gradually increase the vacuum for comfortable and safe use.
• Use only water-based lubricant if needed - oil- and silicone-based lubricants can damage the pump material.
• Avoid over-pumping - a continuous session lasting longer than 15 minutes can cause swelling and blood vessel damage.
• Always use it with shaved or closely trimmed pubic hair so the comfort ring can form an airtight seal against your body.
• Before and after use, rinse it with lukewarm water and mild soap, then dry it thoroughly.
• Store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
• If you feel any pain, numbness or notice any discolouration, stop using it.
