Essential additions for the best experience:
For larger sizes, in red: strong water vacuum with comfortable fit.
Why is the Bathmate Hydromax8 hydropump a good choice?
The Hydromax8 is the model designed for larger sizes, in a red finish. Water fills the cylinder, so the pressure is even and gentle, and safer than air pumps. Just a few minutes a day while bathing, and the penis can become temporarily fuller and harder. The silicone rim seals well, and the valve is easy to operate. Increased internal volume for longer sizes.
Why customers like the Hydromax8 hydropump
- Strong, even water vacuum
- Larger internal space for longer sizes
- Soft silicone rim for a good seal
- Easy valve operation
- Can be used in the bath and shower
- Red, durable cylinder
Who is it recommended for?
For those whose penis falls into the larger size range. Ideal for a daily routine while bathing.

- Start with short, 5‑minute sessions and gradually get used to the vacuum.
- Do not over‑pump: excessive vacuum can cause bruising, tiny burst blood vessels and swelling. If you feel any discomfort, release the valve immediately.
- Results are gradual and require regular use, and it always works best with water or in the shower.
Cleaning instructions
After use, rinse the cylinder with clean, lukewarm water, then allow it to air dry. For stubborn deposits, use the separately available Bathmate cleaning brush. Do not use strong chemicals or hot water, as these can damage the material.
