Blush Performance - vacuum penis pump (clear)

Professional-level penis pump with brass pistol grip, pressure gauge and quick-release valve - the Blush Performance VX6 gives you everything you’d expect from a serious pump.

Why the Blush Performance vacuum penis pump is a good choice

This pump isn’t a hobby toy - it provides controlled, measurable pumping: the built-in manometer (vacuum gauge) constantly shows the level of vacuum you’ve created, so you know exactly where you are and never overdo it. The brass pistol pump delivers strong suction with a firm squeeze, while the silicone-coated handle sits comfortably in your hand. The quick-release valve eliminates the vacuum in a single movement if anything feels off - crucial for both comfort and safety. The 22.9 cm, 5 cm-diameter transparent cylinder has a centimetre scale along the side, so you can track your gains. It’s an ideal choice for advanced users who have moved beyond basic manual-squeeze pumps and want controlled work on size, hardness or sensitivity.

Why customers like the Blush Performance VX6 pump

• Pressure gauge (vacuum gauge) - you can see exactly how much vacuum you’re creating, so there’s no guesswork.
• Brass pistol pump - strong, fast suction with minimal effort.
• Quick-release valve - the pressure can be released with a single movement.
• Easy Release connector - the tube clicks onto the cylinder and can be removed while keeping the vacuum inside the cylinder - even during play.
• Graduated cylinder - centimetre markings so you can track your progress.
• Interchangeable accessories - compatible with other components (cylinder, tube) from the Performance pump range.
• Skin-friendly materials - contains no phthalates, paraffin, latex or fragrances.
• Easy to clean and assemble - few components, quick to take apart.

How to use

Connect the silicone tube to the cylinder (push on and twist until it “clicks”) and to the pistol pump. Apply a water-based lubricant around the penis and the rim of the cylinder - this ensures an airtight seal and comfortable glide. Place the cylinder down to the pubic bone, then start pumping slowly. Watch the manometer - a typical starting range for advanced users is between 5-10 inHg, and anything above that should only be targeted gradually, over several weeks. If you feel any pinching pain, tingling, numbness or discolouration, press the quick-release valve immediately and remove the cylinder. One session should last a maximum of 10-15 minutes, and during this time release the pressure every 1-2 minutes.

Important points when using the Blush Performance VX6

• Use water-based lubricant only - silicone- and oil-based lubes damage the seals and the cylinder material.
• Never pump beyond your pain threshold - too much vacuum can cause broken capillaries, bruising, blisters or, in severe cases, tissue damage.
• One session should be no longer than 10-15 minutes, with 1-2 minute breaks in between.
• Do not use if you have cardiovascular disease, blood clotting disorders, priapism, or are taking anticoagulant medication, without consulting a doctor.
• If you experience any unusual sensation (numbness, pain, cold feeling), release the vacuum immediately.
• Pump training provides a temporary effect (engorgement) - lasting results require long-term, regular, moderate use, and even then outcomes vary from person to person.
• Cleaning: wash the cylinder with lukewarm water and a sex toy cleaner; NEVER immerse the pistol pump or the manometer in water - wipe the outside only with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
• Storage: keep dry, out of direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
