The idea is good, but I should have bought the strap-on version instead. The ball holder part seems to be sized for someone else, it's too small for me. No matter how much I stretch it, when I let go, it basically squeezes the forced-through balls at the base. I won't go into how they looked, but I didn't dare leave it for more than half a minute because they would've turned purple. Taking it off was even worse, since you can't get underneath the rubber ring, so it's hard to spread apart. By then, both my balls were hurting. (Not advisable to try with new long fingernails!) Not recommended for hairy areas, as the rubber pulls. The penis part is pleasant for both the wearer and the partner. The head is somewhat robust, so choose this if you like that. The part that isn't filled by the real penis unfortunately sinks in, sometimes buckling during intercourse.

I recommend this for those who have at least 16cm in manhood. If it's shorter, the product might bend under the glans, causing discomfort. The easiest way to put it on is by applying a very thin layer of lube on the product, then squeezing the air out from the glans downwards. It's also worth pulling the foreskin back as much as possible since the sleeve will try to pull it down when putting it on. The ball opening is a bit tight, but that's optional anyway.
