This time, Dóri and I tried out one of the most basic, beginner-friendly models in the category, and it quickly managed to quite literally wedge itself between us.

Which sexual positions work best with the Desirel Magic Pillow?

For us, the smaller Magic Pillow’s angle and roughly 18 cm lift worked best in missionary, and we suspect that will be the most intuitive starting point for lots of couples.

How does the material and design measure up?

Who do we think should try the Desirel Magic Pillow?

We reckon the smaller Desirel Magic Pillow is ideal for couples who’ve never tried a sex pillow before. It’s simple, compact and basically ready to use as soon as it’s expanded after opening.

That might sound like a minor detail, but compare it to an inflatable pillow. There’s nothing sexy about pausing for a few minutes to blow up something that looks suspiciously like a tiny airbed when you’re in the mood for spontaneous sex.

The Magic Pillow doesn’t take up much space and is easy to stash away discreetly, so it’s a sensible choice if you want a focused solution rather than a bulky piece of sex furniture.
