How to use

• Preparation: wash your hands thoroughly. Tip: a drop of water-based lubricant (e.g. JoyDivision AQUAglide) makes insertion easier.

1. What is the difference between the Mini and Normal sizes?
The Mini has a smaller, narrower shape (4 cm maximum width) and lower absorbency - therefore it is recommended for lighter-flow days (at the beginning/end of your period) or for users with smaller anatomy. Normal is the standard size for medium to heavy flow.

2. How can it be removed without a string?
The petal shape features an indentation for your finger. Squat down or sit on the toilet with your legs apart (this shortens the vaginal depth from 9-10 cm to 4-5 cm), then reach into the indentation with your index or middle finger and gently pull it out.

3. Can it get lost or go up into the womb?
No. The opening of the uterus (cervical os) is too small for the tampon to pass through. The tampon sits in front of the cervix and cannot migrate elsewhere.

4. Can it be used during sex?
Yes, this is one of the key USPs of JoyDivision Soft-Tampons. The partner does not feel it. After sex, CHANGE the tampon immediately to help prevent infection.

5. Can it be used together with a condom?
Yes. The surface of the PU foam is soft and does NOT damage the condom material.

9. Can it be used during pregnancy?
