How to use

Always try level 1 first on the skin of your arm or the top of your thigh to get a feel for the effect. When you run the ribbed upper section over the skin you can feel a continuous light tingling; when you press it to a single point you will feel a distinct pulsing. As a beginner, start on level 1 and only experiment with higher levels gradually. Never stimulate the head or face, and do not hold it on one spot for too long, to avoid a burning sensation.

Controls

There are three buttons on the handle section: the on/off button at the bottom, and the two level selectors above it. The red and green LEDs indicate the status - red during active use, green while charging.

Charging

The USB port is located at the bottom end of the baton. Connect the charging cable with the device switched off - a green light comes on while charging, and switches off automatically when fully charged. A full charge takes around 2 hours.
