Instructions for use

SVAKOM Bluetooth products can be controlled with two free applications (iPhone and Android): the SVAKOM App and the KooSync App. Pairing is simple in both, and for most functions you don’t need to register.

Step-by-step Bluetooth pairing (SVAKOM App):

• Download the SVAKOM App free from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
• Fully charge the product before first use - a weak battery is the most common cause of connection issues.
• Switch on Bluetooth on your phone.
• Open the SVAKOM App and allow the requested permissions (Bluetooth and location access, if prompted).
• Switch on the product and hold it close to your phone - the app will automatically find and connect to it.
• For solo use you don’t need an account. For Remote Control and Group Mode you must log in, for secure sharing.
• After connecting, choose between modes: Preset (pre-programmed patterns), Music, Sound, Touch and Custom (custom pattern), as well as partner remote control.

Bluetooth pairing with the KooSync App:

• Download the KooSync App to your phone or tablet; for a larger screen you can also use the KooSync Chrome extension on PC.
• Switch on Bluetooth, open the KooSync app, allow the requested permissions, then switch on the product - it will connect automatically within a few seconds.
• KooSync provides real-time, lag-free synchronisation and also offers video sync: it synchronises the product frame-accurately with interactive video content.
• It supports long-distance connections for up to 100 users, and can control or synchronise two products at the same time.

If the product doesn’t connect (for both apps):

• Check that the product is charged and compatible with the app.
• Make sure Bluetooth is switched on and you’ve granted the app permissions.
• Close and reopen the app; switch Bluetooth off and on again in your phone’s settings.
• Disconnect any other devices that might be connected to the product, and don’t select Guest access before connecting.
• If it still won’t connect, restart your phone or reinstall the app.

Good to know: when you receive an incoming phone call, the connection may be interrupted - you can reconnect after the call. Most devices switch off automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity. Group Mode and video sync work best with a stable internet connection.

Charging / connection

Charging is extremely simple with the included magnetic USB cable: the charging port consists of two small metal contact points at the very base of the toy, where the cable attaches magnetically. A full charge takes around 1.5 hours and provides roughly 1 hour of use.

Things to bear in mind when using the Svakom Erica

• The two motors can only be controlled together, they cannot be adjusted separately - it’s worth keeping this in mind if you’d like different intensities on the two zones.
