How to put it on - step by step

1. Preparation: remove jewellery (rings, bracelets, hook earrings), and if possible retract or shorten long nails - these can easily tear the latex with a simple movement.
2. Skin preparation: completely dust your body with talc (latex powder) or apply a special silicone-based latex dressing aid (NOT water-based, as water slides on latex and does not help).
3. Preparing the inside: dust the inside of the latex overall with powder as well.
4. Putting it on: while seated, pull on the legs first (as you would tights), then stand up and insert your arms, and finally your head. Fold back the neck collar if it feels tight.
5. Closing the zip: start closing the two-way zip from the top - adjust the level of the neckline to taste.
6. Latex shine (optional): after dressing, you can apply a latex polish / shiner spray over the surface for extra metallic shine.

Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Once completely dry, apply a thin layer of talc (or a silicone-based latex shiner) to both sides so it doesn’t stick together during storage. For maximum durability, regular use of a latex shiner spray is recommended.
