When you buy a motorized product or sex toy from Desirel, here's what you can expect in terms of warranty:
- For items priced between 22£ and 542£: enjoy a 2-year warranty
- For products over 542£: you're covered with a 3-year warranty
The warranty period begins from the delivery date listed on your invoice, which also serves as your warranty certificate.
What’s NOT covered under the warranty?
Unfortunately, the warranty doesn’t cover damage that occurs after you’ve received the product, such as:
- Improper use of the product (unless we or a certified professional handled the installation).
- Using the product in ways it wasn't designed for, or ignoring the provided instructions.
- Incorrect storage, mishandling, or damage caused by you.
- Damage due to environmental factors or natural disasters.
What to do if your product develops a fault?
- Start by contacting us to request either a repair or replacement.
- If repair or replacement isn't feasible or would take too long, you can ask for a price reduction or arrange for your own repair.
- If the defect is substantial, you have the option to cancel the purchase and request a refund.
Important: You cannot file both a warranty claim and a legal complaint for the same defect.
